Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refunds: Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds will be provided solely at our discretion, except for Google Workspace accounts.
- For all services except Google Workspace accounts, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss your concerns. We will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund is appropriate
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
2. Google Workspace Accounts:
-Please note that once a Google Workspace account is created or activated through our services, it is non-refundable. Google Workspace accounts are subject to the refund policy and terms of Google, which you can review on the Google Workspace website.
3. Billing for Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
-All payments for Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 accounts shall be pre-paid and billed on a monthly basis.
- Payments for Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 accounts shall be made through a valid credit card.
- Payment for Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 accounts is due three (3) days before the renewal date.
- By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the Google Workspace subscription on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
4. Cancellations:
You're buying Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 from us, which means you need to pay for the licenses you bought from us. We have to pay Google/Microsoft for these licenses.
If your Accounts are suspended by Google/Microsoft you need to fix them (we have guidelines for that). You need to pay us even if you do not use these accounts
Thats how this works: if you buy from Google and don't use, Google will charge you.
If Stripe declines your credit card, we'll inform you and ask to fix or add new card. If you don't reply or pay within 7 days after Decline, We'll cancel your subscriptions
If you want to cancel your subscriptions: inform us before (Renewal Day) at least 7 days
