Cold Email Campaign Manager

In 2024 alone, we helped our clients generate over $39 million in sales. We’re looking for a motivated Cold Email Campaign Manager and Cold Email Infrastructure Sales Representative to help expand our impact.

We are seeking a dedicated professional who will lead outbound campaign execution while actively representing our cold email infrastructure to businesses looking to maximize their outreach potential. You will take full ownership of outbound campaigns across multiple client accounts, managing the entire cold email lifecycle from strategy and setup to copywriting, deliverability optimization, and performance reporting.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cold email campaigns across client accounts, while also supporting the sales process by representing our infrastructure solutions to prospective clients.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage cold email campaigns across multiple tools and clients to generate leads using platforms like Instantly, SmartLead, and Apollo for campaign execution.
Content Development: Write and QA cold email copy tailored to each client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), A/B testing subject lines, CTAs, and email content for better conversions.
Technical Setup: Configure and monitor deliverability essentials including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and warming while troubleshooting deliverability, domain reputation, or technical campaign issues.
Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics (open rates, replies, bounces), continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve open rates, response rates, and conversions.
Inbox Management and Support: Manage client inboxes, route qualified leads to sales teams, and provide exceptional customer support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage potential cold email marketers to introduce and sell our cold email infrastructure solutions, negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients.
Share Insights and Refine Strategies: Provide regular feedback and insights to internal teams based on client interactions and campaign performance and collaborate to refine sales strategies and enhance outreach effectiveness.
Align Cross-Team Efforts: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Proven B2B Outreach Experience: Proven track record in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and email marketing.
LinkedIn and Automation Tool Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn automation and other outreach tools.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with automation workflows, advanced communication tools, and automation tools such as Instantly, SmartLead, Pipl, Lemlist, Apollo, and Make.
Advanced AI Skills: Proficiency in using AI agents like Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT.
