In 2024 alone, we helped our clients generate over $39 million in sales. We’re looking for a Brand Growth Specialist to convert that performance into durable brand equity.
Joining Reachoutly means working with a fast-paced team focused on measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with sales, account, and operations teams in a supportive environment. Your work will ensure Reachoutly is perceived as trusted, professional and a leader in the cold email ecosystem.
We are seeking a Brand Growth Specialist who will own brand presence and reputation end-to-end. You will build strategy, standardize profiles on major platforms, operationalize reviews and testimonials, produce case-led content, monitor sentiment, and turn client wins into assets that drive renewals, inbound interest, and higher close rates.
Responsibilities
Lead brand presence, proof, and reputation programs across web and social. Turn client wins into simple case studies that drive demand and retention.
Brand Presence & Reputation
- Own and strengthen Reachoutly’s brand reputation across web, social, and community platforms while positioning the company as a leader in cold email and deliverability infrastructure.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine brand positioning and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
- Create/optimize profiles on Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Trustpilot, and G2 with consistent NAP and visuals.
- Build and maintain core trust pages like About, FAQ, Policies, Press/Media micro-page, team bios, certifications, and partner badges.
- Build a “trust layer” of proof assets such as testimonials, logos, badges, screenshots, and before→after metrics.
Client Relationships, Retention & Expansion
- Interview clients to uncover their pain points and needs, and translate insights into service improvements to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Partner with Success & Ops to enable smooth handoffs.
- Run post-sale follow-ups to get feedback, propose upsell/cross-sell paths, and secure renewals/expansions.
Reviews, Proof & Advocacy
- Get reviews with post-purchase email/SMS prompts and value-add incentives that comply with platform rules.
- Secure video testimonials and logo rights after client wins.
- Turn client wins into simple, high-impact short one-pagers and deeper case studies that drive trust, demand and retention.
- Launch a simple referral motion (“refer an agency friend”) with clear perks.
Content, Social & Light PR
- Translate brand strategy into tangible marketing and content plans across all channels.
- Pitch founder commentary to niche outlets and host live AMA/workshop with repurposed clips into shorts/reels.
- Build relationships with outreach influencers and negotiate features in newsletters, podcasts, and Youtube videos.
Educate & Grow
- Create and publish educational and expectation-setting content to reduce fear, misinformation, friction and refunds.
- Grow branded search and social mentions with regular proof drops and “build in public” updates.
Monitor & Listen
- Monitor brand sentiment and respond to reviews, discussions, and public feedback across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Indie Hackers, G2, Trustpilot, Quora, and niche newsletters.
- Benchmark competitors and adjacent tools to spot gaps and opportunities.
Analyze, Optimize & Report
- Track trust and performance metrics including review velocity, proof engagement, sentiment trends, domain reputation, and traffic/leads from trust content.
- Deliver regular insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize strategies that protect and grow brand trust.
Requirements
The core competencies you need to excel in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand, growth, marketing or strategic roles.
- Understanding of brand architecture, positioning, storytelling, and multi-channel marketing.
- Experience in successfully managing multiple client accounts, focused on adding value, driving retention, and building relationships.
- Experience in an agency setting, with the ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and manage evolving client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using AI agents like Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT.
- Outstanding copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or cold email is a plus.

Our primary working language is English. All client communications and most internal documentation require strong English proficiency. While team members may communicate with each other in their native languages when appropriate, the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally in English is essential for success in this role.
